Ok, campers. Whether you are camping in a tent, travel trailer, fifth wheel, or RV, here are the things we love and think you will love, too.
1. Outdoor Recliners
Best Choice Products Set of 2 Adjustable Steel Mesh Zero Gravity Lounge Chair Recliners w/Pillows and Cup Holder Trays
The one thing you know you need at your campsite is chairs. These are, by far, our favorites. They are sold in a set and come in many colors to match your camp decor. The chairs are made well with durable construction. We bought two sets of black chairs for our campsite. They're very comfortable and great for napping.
2. Canopy Tent
Whether your campsite is full sun or shade, you always need an easy and sturdy popup canopy tent. We have a couple of these we use every time we camp. Even if you are camping in a travel trailer to an RV, this tent will provide the shade and protection you need from the elements.
3. Front of Camper Mat
We bought this exact one and love it. Granted we bought it for our 37' travel trailer, but the company also makes smaller size versions of the same rug in many different colors. So, if your tent or van camp, they also have a great rug for you. The rugs are very durable and easy to fold p with a carrying case for easy packing and storage.
4. Meat Thermometer
The Gornel meat thermometer is a must-have for your campfire grilling. It not only has two prongs for gauging the internal temp of different meats, but it has built-in temperature settings for the specified type of meat you are cooking.
5. Gas Powered Generator
We had to learn the hard way that you must camp with a portable generator. After a whole night without power, therefore no CPAP machines, we researched and found the best one for camping.
6. Folding Step Stool
Since I'm only 5'2", I am in constant need of a step stool. When camping, I need one to get into bed, make the top bunk bed, and use the outdoor kitchen. The cool thing about this step stool is that it's great for kids, too, and it folds up easily for storage in small spaces. We use it in the camper and outdoors.
7. Ice Maker
Never run out of ice and have to buy overpriced ice again. It pays for itself in no time. This really is a must-have. In the heat of the summer, it's one of the most important things to have. We set ours on our VEVOR Aluminum Portable Folding Cook Station under our camper awning so it's easily accessible. At night, we simply unplug it and take it in the camper. As long as you have access to electricity, you need an ice maker.
8. Campsite End Table
We have two of these tables. Not only are they great for camping, but we use them when we go to soccer games, too. These tables are perfect for any outdoor activity. Just easily set them up and put them beside your chair.
9. USB Light
When I first saw these USB lamps, I wasn't sure if they would be what I was looking for. But, it turned out, they were exactly what I was looking for. I ordered one to start out, then ordered three more. I move them all over the campsite. Each lamp puts out a warm glow that can change colors. They are so easy to charge and use, and safe enough for kids to use, too. We use them indoors and outdoors. LOVE THEM! I've even given them as gifts. Going to order a couple more, for myself, this year.
10. Cook Station Table
We like to be organized and found that a portable folding table was never enough space for everything we wanted to have out at our campsite. Plus, it was always cluttered on top and underneath. Then we found this. It's so much better than a regular folding table and it takes up less storage room. Yes, it has to be assembled every time, but it's so easy and worth it.
